ABOUT US
Since 1888, St. Mary School has been a cornerstone of faith and education in Paris, Kentucky. Founded as a mission of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, our school has carried forward a rich tradition of academic excellence, Catholic values, and family-centered community for over 135 years.

Today, St. Mary School proudly serves Bourbon County and surrounding areas with programs designed to nurture the whole child—spiritually, academically, and socially. We offer a Montessori program for children ages 3–6, an elementary program for grades 1–5, and, as of 2024, a newly reopened Middle School (grades 6–8) in our renovated Brannon Building.

At St. Mary, we believe learning thrives in a Christ-centered environment where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to grow in both knowledge and faith. While rooted in Catholic tradition, we welcome families of all faiths and backgrounds who seek a supportive, close-knit school community.

We invite you to explore our programs, activities, and opportunities, and to discover the St. Mary difference. Our doors are always open—reach out today to learn more and see how your child can grow with us.
