The St. Mary School Parent Teacher Society (PTS) is a vital part of our school community, bringing parents, teachers, and staff together to support our students in faith and learning. Through events, fundraisers, and volunteer opportunities, the PTS helps enhance classroom experiences, strengthen school spirit, and foster the close-knit, family atmosphere that makes St. Mary School so special.

2025-2026 PTS Meetings

We invite all parents and guardians to attend our bi-monthly meetings to share ideas, get involved, and make a difference. Plus, when a parent attends, their child earns a dress down day following the meeting! Mark your calendars for the 2025–2026 meeting dates below — we’d love to see you there!

Our Events

Uniform Exchange

Each year in late July, St. Mary School hosts a Uniform Exchange to give families the opportunity to purchase gently used uniforms at affordable prices before the new school year begins. Families are also encouraged to donate outgrown uniforms throughout the year, helping other students find clothing that fits and supporting our school community. It’s a great way to save money, recycle uniforms, and lend a hand to fellow families!

Golf Scramble

The St. Mary Golf Scramble is a fun and exciting way to support our school! Participants enjoy a day on the course while helping raise funds that directly benefit students, classrooms, and school programs. With prizes, door prizes, and sponsorship opportunities, it’s a community event that combines friendly competition with meaningful support for St. Mary School.

Spring Gala

The St. Mary Spring Gala is the flagship event of our school year, bringing together families and community members for an unforgettable evening. Guests enjoy delicious food, live entertainment, a silent auction, and time to connect with fellow supporters of St. Mary School. This special event raises important funds that directly benefit our students and programs, making a lasting impact on our school community.

Noches de Polo

Noches de Polo is a lively, family-friendly summer fundraiser held during an exciting polo match. Guests enjoy a festive evening with food, drinks, and entertainment while supporting St. Mary School. This event is a fun way for families and the community to come together, celebrate, and raise funds that benefit our students and school programs.

Charleston Wrap - Sept/Oct, Great gift items and wrapping paper.

Halloween Trunk or Treat - October, A safe and fun event focused on fellowship while Trick or Treating.

Christmas Parade - December, A community event where our school families represent our school and enjoy fellowship.

Santa's Workshop- December, An opportunity for children to get Christmas gifts for their families.

Christmas Cheer Raffle-December, An opportunity to raise funds and celebrate Christmas Cheer at our Christmas Social.
